Lead Pastor
Marilyn Garcia has ministered globally with a passion to see women come into their full manifestation as daughters of God. The anointing for complete freedom rests on her life as she brings forth the Word of the Lord. As a gifted Childrens’ mentor, she has lead countless children into the presence of God in a magnificent manner, as kids fall in love with Jesus under her tutelage.
Together with her husband, John, she pastors Legacy Church and is the founder of The Brandon Christian Community School. Marilyn holds a BA of Social Sciences from Southeastern University, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Counseling. Her greatest highlight is being a fulltime home school mom to her two wonderful kids; Katryel and Devan.

Victor & Kathie Barousse
Instructions Director
Victor & Kathie Barousse met on a mission trip to China in 1984. After completing their university studies, they graduated together from Ministers Training Institute in 1991. As church planters in Russia from 1993-2002, they planted 3-churches, launched the Eastern Siberian Bible Institute, and were Regional Presbyters for over 20 churches, along with drug-rehab centers and ministries to the homeless, orphans and widows. They were instrumental in launching pioneer missions outreach to the Westen Buriat, an Unreached People Group who reside in the Ust-Ordinsky Autonomous Region of Siberia.
Victor and Kathie continue to train & disciple others in small group ministry. They have a great burden to see families moving into their full potential as soul winners, disciples and world-changers. They have 3-godly children and a vision to see a multitude of spiritual children sent forth to the nations.

Sherry Gillard
Women's Ministry Director
Sherry Gillard has a deep love for the Lord and His Word. She has her Bible certificate from Trinity Bible college, her AA from HCC and is now taking Hebrew, as a second language. She has been delivered from depression, fear, worry, doubt, and now walks in authority and faith. Her joy and peace are contagious. She has the gift of encouragement, and her heart is to see unity in the body of Christ, bringing Jews and Gentiles to know Him and His love!
She has been called as an armor bearer to Pastor Marilyn and loves to teach the Word with an emphasis on our identity in Christ. Her heart is to disciple women for the Lord, and she loves to shower them with love.

Jose & Denise Marrero
City Transformation
The Marrero family has one motto; “Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.” They share Gods’ love with the community by being a hope in times of trouble, as they believe no adversity is too large for God. Their City Transformation team strives to meet the practical needs of the community, and they love to see the gifts given to the church extend out into the community, believing that when a community comes together with Christ at the center there is nothing that they cannot overcome.
Jose and Denise are high school sweethearts that have been married 21 years! They have two amazing children, a daughter Kristin and a son Jordan.
The family came to Christ in 2003, and have served in youth ministry and feeding the homeless. Always the athlete, Jose presently takes part in the Legacy Softball Team as well as playing basketball with the kids in Element, and Denise spends her extra time pursuing a BA in Theological studies at Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary.

Labreia Cherry

Labreia Cherry has a heart for the children of the nations! She is motivated by the love of God to transform lives
across the globe. Labreia has been able to travel to multiple nations in Europe, Asia, Central America, South America and desires to see and bring change to many others. Additionally, she is fluent in English & Spanish. Her heart for children has led her to be involved in different child advocacy groups with Guardian Ad Litem being a program that she currently volunteers with. She is excited about the move of God not only in her own life but in the world. She is thankful to God for rescuing and restoring her to help share His love to the nations. Labreia graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Sociology and was previously a middle school special education teacher.
She is currently a full-time student at the University of South Florida getting her Masters Degrees in both Social Work and Public Health.
